The lock comes preset to 0-0-0.
Make sure the digits are aligned at 000 before opening.
2. How to Unlock (Factory Setting)
Set the numbers to 000.
Slide the button or press the latch.
The zipper pullers will release.
How to Set a New Password
Step 1: Locate the Reset Button
There is a small reset button next to the number dials.
Use a pen tip or a pin to press it.
Step 2: Press and Hold the Reset Button
Keep the reset button pressed in.
Some models may require sliding a small switch to the SET position instead.
Step 3: Set Your New 3-Digit Combination
While holding the reset button:

Choose a code that is easy for you to remember.
Step 4: Release the Reset Button
