1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver across most pin codes in India through our partner courier services.
In case delivery is not available at a location, you will be notified at checkout.

2. Shipping Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery timelines range from 3–10 business days depending on your location and the seller's warehouse.
Delivery may take longer during peak seasons, natural calamities, or government restrictions.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on eligible orders as per promotions or minimum cart value.
For orders not meeting the free shipping criteria, a standard shipping charge will be displayed during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS or app notification.
You can track your order status anytime from the “My Orders” section in the app or website.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver the product at the given address.
If the recipient is unavailable or address is incorrect, the order may be marked as undeliverable and returned to the seller.

6. Delayed Deliveries

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated date, please contact our support team.
We will escalate the issue to the courier partner and update you on the status.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please do not accept the delivery.
Take clear photographs and contact our support team immediately for assistance.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to deliveries within India.
