Cancellation and Refund Policy

At TEAMMUNITY BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED, we aim to provide a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, returns, and refunds may be requested and processed on our multi-vendor e-commerce platform.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled by customers before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
To cancel an order, visit your order history and click on “Cancel Order” (if available).
If the option is not available, please contact our support team immediately.

2. Return Policy

Returns are accepted only for specific categories/products which are clearly marked as "Returnable".
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
Non-returnable items include innerwear, beauty products, customized products, perishables, and digital items.

3. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or wallet within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Refunds may take longer in case of payment gateway delays or bank processing issues.

4. Failed or Rejected Deliveries

If the delivery is unsuccessful due to the customer's unavailability or incorrect address, the order will be marked as failed and may not be eligible for reshipment.
Refunds for failed deliveries will be initiated after product return confirmation by the courier partner.

5. Refunds for Sellers

Sellers will not be paid for returned or cancelled items.
In case of disputes, our internal resolution team will mediate and may require evidence from both buyer and seller.
